The need for intimacy
Intimacy is the felt sense of closeness and connection; it is the bridge to a foundational sense of relationship with ourselves, other people, and the world around us.
Intimacy drives the relational field; we all need touch, we all need love and we all need to feel that energy move through us to experience a direct sense of being supported and belonging. Intimacy plays an essential role in our identity and sense of wholeness however it takes something to find it, cultivate it and encourage it to be long lasting.
Success to intimate relating that cultivates a powerful bond, electric connection, and lasting love all boils down to you and the individual growth you develop within yourself. My coaching acknowledges that when we develop ourselves to go deeper, be vulnerable, understand relational dynamics and grow our capacity to be the best lover we can be, our relationships benefit tremendously and our experience of intimacy is potent. We find ourselves feeling more confident around others, attracting the people we wish to deepen with, have the capacity to re-invigorate our current relationships and all around feel true satisfaction in the connection we share with others.
